Guests aged 12 and older must provide proof of having received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by January 15, 2022 to enter. For those taking a two-dose vaccine, Pfizer or Moderna, proof of a second dose will be required for entry beginning February 15, 2022.

A. For minors between 14-17 years old, please follow the instructions below:

To add a minor between 14-17 years old to the parent/guardian CLEAR Health Pass account:
  • Open the CLEAR app on parent/guardian’s device
  • Tap the account icon on the bottom right-hand corner
  • Select “Minor Accounts”
  • Your parent or guardian will go through the enrollment process and then be prompted to add in your email address, set up your account, and have you snap a selfie!

  • Log in with the email and password your parent or guardian set up with you

  • Add your proof of vaccine through the CDC card upload option
For minors that are unable to complete this process, and for ALL minors ages 12 to 14, please show a printed or digital copy of their vaccination card at entry to the arena. Minors under the age of 12 do not have to show proof of vaccination at this time.

Q. Can I add more than one vaccination card to my CLEAR Health Pass?
A. CLEAR Health Pass can only support one (1) vaccination card at this time and can only integrate the standard 4:3 CDC issued vaccination card.

Q. Do I need to show my photo ID with my proof of vaccination?
A. The CLEAR Health Pass app verifies your identity. You will only need your ID if you are unable to use the CLEAR Health Pass.
Q. Can I just show my vaccination card or a picture of my vaccination card?
A. We recommend that you upload your information into the free CLEAR app. To use CLEAR Health Pass, download the free CLEAR cell phone app, tap the Health Pass Tile, select Capital One Arena, and enroll. From there, follow the prompts to include your proof of vaccination. If you are unable to utilize CLEAR, a digital or physical copy of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.

Q. What do I do if I received my vaccination in another country?
A. CLEAR Health Pass does not support vaccination cards from countries outside of the United States. If you received your vaccination in another country, please provide physical proof of vaccination, or a digital photo of a vaccination card, along with photo ID for entry into the arena.
Q. What if my phone dies?
A. You may experience a delay in entering Capital One Arena. Please proceed directly to the Capital One Arena Box Office doors on F Street on the day of the game you are attending, and staff will be on hand to assist you. Additionally, a digital or physical copy of your vaccination card along with photo ID will suffice.

Q. What if I don’t have a smart phone?
A. A digital or physical copy of your vaccination card along with photo ID will suffice.

Q. Do I have to wear my mask if I am vaccinated?
A. Yes. The District of Columbia has mandated face masks while indoors for everyone over the age of two (2) and face masks will be required for all guests for the entirety of the event, including while seated in the arena in the ticket holder's assigned seat. Face masks must cover the guest’s nose and mouth, and cannot be a gaiter, open-chin triangle handkerchief/bandana, costume mask, mesh material, or a covering with an exhalation valve or holes.
